Mac Robertson’s Clematis chocolate assortment tin
Filled with vintage wooden spools of thread
Bring back wooden cotton reels! Plastic just doesn’t cut it. In fifty years time no one is going to say, ‘Oh look, what a gorgeous selection of plastic cotton reels, I must photograph them!’
Modern life is so aesthetically displeasing.
Agreed! Packaging these days is so ugly. And why?!
I have a tin the same as this one, was wondering if it is worth anything. It has old film rolls in it and a film viewscope.
Hm, not sure Christine – I suspect they’re probably not worth anything, but they’re lovely regardless.
